这样的思想，让我不知道该怎么办？

【咨詢人病因，症狀】今年23岁的我，已经结婚了，而且老婆也怀孕2个多月了，所以，也不能和老婆做爱了。可是，偏偏我是性欲超强的人，平时的时候每个礼拜都要和老婆做爱18次左右，可是现在不能做爱了，对于我来说真的是要命！
    正是因为这样，我很想去找小姐玩玩，自己又是那么的爱黑丝，正好可以让小姐提供制服扮演，好好的爽一番，但是，从心底来说，自己又怕对不起老婆。
   真的很迷茫，请各位帮忙。
