感觉老哥说的非常有道理，撸的太多会提高自己的刺激阈值，阈值太高的话做爱没有感觉，会觉得做爱还不如手淫来的舒服。这种想法一出现，鸡儿就会瞬间软下去。别问我为啥知道，我有个朋友他告诉我的。
     开始戒撸，从今天开始！学习楼主，每天出去跑步做有氧，然后来几组深蹲，希望之后我的阈值会有所降低。之后如果恢复雄风了再来本帖评论，希望跟帖的时间可以早点到来。
