被开除也不算过分啊！企业是上班的地方，不是家，更不是看电影的地方。更何况是成人电影，让外面的人看到里面的员工上班看成人电影会对这个企业有多坏的印象！而且大企业也不差你这么个人，你做得不好就淘汰你也算情理之中。
这也是个活生生的例子啊，在上班的时候不要乱做其他的事情专心工作，升职加薪总会来的！
