可以，老实说每个人都有不同感受，部分女性没有任何快感，只有通和涨，主要是为了满足男方。但也有部分女性能体会到奇特的快感，我有个女性朋友就说过抽插的时候会有种大便出去的奇异感觉，能体会到和阴道完全不同的性快感，她还蛮喜欢玩菊花的
