我之前好像看到有文章过说，男生性快感对大脑产生刺激的部位和女生不一样，所以男生在做爱时能控制住自己的声音等，女生有时候控制不住，不知道和这个有没有关系，另外男生其实也可以连续的勃起，但是高潮时不会射精，但是像两三个小时如果正常高潮的话还是撑不住，如果只是勃起不高潮五六个小时也没啥问题。可能和充血结构不同有关。
