咬牙坚持过前几天就可以了,记得锻炼时要循序渐进,不要贪图量大,慢慢来就可以了。

偷偷的告诉你,隔天跑步,隔天锻炼无氧运动,负重深蹲对JJ和前列腺有无比的好处,谁练谁知道~
